Retevis RB648P plays a key role in 4X4 off-roading

The area we explored is Moab, Utah. It is one of the top off-roading destinations in the U.S. Home to over 2,000 miles of trails. One of the most popular trails in the region is Hell’s Revenge—a 6.5-mile trail with a 3-6-level difficulty rating. This challenging trail features rocky climbs, steep descents and tight switchbacks—perfect for testing your skills. During the crossing, we used RB648P frequency division to communicate. The lead vehicle notified the team behind the vehicle of the points of attention on the route. When a vehicle got stuck, it could also notify everyone in time. In particular, RB648P can work with other vehicles’ onboard intercoms. This is very useful.

Actually, my Jeep is equipped with a mobile radio. But it can only be used in the car and must be used when the vehicle is started. Otherwise, the mobile radio will consume the battery of the car. This is a very troublesome thing when exploring outdoors. RB648P can be used when the car is not started. And your co-driver doesn't have to yell when he gets out of the car to help you explore the way;).

The reasons why I chose RB648P:

  1. UHF band, high power. This makes it easier for me and my friends to establish communication.
  2. IP67 waterproof, it can also do the job when you get out of the car to explore in the rain.
  3. There are many charging methods, including a USB-C interface that can be charged with a car charger. It has many functions, I can't tell you all at once. You can learn more about it yourself.
