Retevis RT5R is a powerful 5 Watt dual-band amateur radio that offers reliable communication in both VHF and UHF frequencies. Powerful channel storage and 128 channels. High-power and high-gain antenna for longer transmission range and stronger penetration. It's front panel programmable (FPP), great for ham radio beginners.
Dual Band Ham Radio
Retevis RT5R 2-way radio has a U&V frequency band with a frequency range: 144-148MHz and 420–450 MHz. Almost all the configurations can be realized by the walkie talkie, you can program it yourself without software or cable.
FM Radio Function
RT5R walkie talkies can be used as FM radios; the FM frequency is 65-108MHz. Clearer sound, easy to use, ergonomic design, suitable for adventure, camping, hiking, etc.
VOX Hands-Free
RT5R ham radio has VOX function, press "MENU" key and button 4 to activate and adjust the VOX level from 1 to 10. Do not with the help of programming software and cables.
Battery Saving Function
Retevis RT5R is powered by 1400mAh battery and has four battery-saving levels. Press the "MENU" key and button 3 to choose the level of battery save. Can be used with a DC5V power adapter for charging.
