You may often encounter two walkie talkies with the same frequency, but are unable to communicate with each other. This is because their CTCSS/DCS codes are different. EZTalk 2/62 can easily help you solve this problem. EZTalk 2/62 has a convenient function that can seek and copy CTCSS/DCS codes of the other radio without using the software.
First, short press "MENU" to enter the menu options, select "12. SCAN", and then select "SCAN CTSS". At this time, the walkie talkie will start scanning/seeking from 67.0Hz until it scans and successfully copies the CTCSS/DCS codes of the other walkie talkie. Now the two radios have the same CTCSS/DCS codes, if they also have the frequency, then they can talk to each other.
