Retevis said this radio with a 40Watt GMRS radio, so we tested it to confirm the real power of this RA87 radio.

Transmit on GMRS repeater channel, with the power around 47.5w
On channel 15, the power of L1 is around 5W.
When I set the power to L2, the power shows 10.97W,
When I set the power to L3, the power shows around 19.95W
Set with Medium power, the real power will show 30.05W.
Set to High power, the real power is around 44.33w.
