MR300 GMRS high-gain antenna comes with a stainless steel spring mounting base.
MR300 antenna has an exceptionally strong base spring and is designed to be mounted on a sturdy mount such as a metal front bumper/bull bar.

One end of the 16.4ft/5 meter RG58 coaxial cable connects to the spring base and the other end is a PL259 connector to connect to your GMRS mobile radio. Long-range GMRS antenna compatible with Retevis RA86 RA25 RA87 RB86 mobile radios etc.

Would highly recommend.CarterI installed this kit last week and took it out this past weekend on some bouncy Vermont trails. Everything worked as well as I hoped and took all the abuse I threw at it in stride. The antenna hit multiple trees at 30mph, the radio was bounced around for hours, the handheld stayed put on its hook the whole day unless I wanted to use it. The volume was loud enough to clearly hear the group leader even with no roof or doors on going 50mph down the main road to the trails. On the trails the range was working through thick forest clear as day. The radio itself is in a metal housing that I believe will take plenty of abuse over the coming years. I'm very happy with this kit and highly recommend it to anyone.
